ASK offers a range of activities for KS4 and KS5 students and alongside current opportunities listed in the brochure, a new programme has been introduced – The Development School Programme.
The Development School Programme provides bespoke, intensive support for disadvantaged or underrepresented cohorts in England to help students facing barriers progress onto the apprenticeship pathway.
The programme includes 3 workshops:
Workshop 1: Identifying and demonstrating employability skills and how these can be included in a CV or personal statement
Workshop 2: Practical session with a task for students to demonstrate teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, communication and time management skills
Workshop 3: Interview skills session
