Wolf Pack Is Done Howling at Paramount Plus

After a single season, Paramount Plus has shut the doggie door on Wolf Pack, the series from Teen Wolf creator Jeff Davis. According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Sources say the streamer was keen on doing a second season of the series, but ultimately delays caused by the writers and actors strikes last year would have meant that a sophomore run would not have been ready until 2025.”

Last March, star Sarah Michelle Gellar spoke to THR about the possibility of a second season, saying, “We haven’t gotten the official word. I think it’s a tough time right now with the strike coming up. It’s hard, but our numbers have been great and people are still really finding the show and getting excited about it, so I’m hopeful for a season two.”

Wolf Pack is based on a book series by Edo van Belkom, and tells the story of two teenagers (played by Armani Jackson and Bella Shepard) whose lives are massively changed following a wildfire. Yes, they get bitten by werewolves; yes, there are other werewolves; no, not all werewolves are good. The first season featured some very dramatic twists and reveals, including secrets about Gellar’s character, arson investigator Kristin Ramsey. (You can probably draw your own conclusions, and they will probably be correct.)
