Aurora Forecast For Night of 7/31-8/1

Aurora watchers saw Aurora recently but location and weather played a big part in determining who did.

Tonight, 7/31-8/1, will offer possible Aurora sightings for Northern US states as you can see from the prediction model. Be sure to check the web page frequently for updates.

BE SURE TO CONVERT UT TO YOUR TIME ZONE

Your best bet is to check the Northern horizon from a dark and clear location. Check with your eyes first and then use a camera to photograph the Northern horizon as your camera can image what your eyes can’t see.
